Maintaining Health
Creating Space

It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare;
it is because we do not dare that they are difficult.

— Lucius Annaeus Seneca

I am convinced that only those who understand their risks can take the right, targeted steps to prevent them from becoming reality. Prevention is the best way to maintain and strengthen quality of life and health.

Understanding the five core dimensions of health – physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual – is essential to recognising the holistic framework needed to achieve overall well-being.

For me, health management means preserving and promoting health. My clear focus is on the structured and systematic development and planning of a wide range of processes and structures – guided by the central principle of salutogenesis: health is not a state, but a process.

Topics such as resilience, well-being and emotional clarity are at the heart of my work.

I am pleased to work with companies from any sector that have already made health management a priority or are currently developing a suitable concept.

In addition, I offer specialist lectures on all aspects of health management. I enjoy speaking on stage, sharing experience and research perspectives, and providing inspiration for the next steps in prevention and personal empowerment.

Specialist lectures are often the first building block on a journey towards greater stability, agility and clarity, paving the way for more in-depth work on health-related processes.

Where is distance needed, and where is more space required?
Where would a different perspective or new input be helpful?

My focus lies on resilience and prevention in the field of health, as well as leadership, motivation and performance in the field of consulting.

Examples of well-received topics include:

  • Resilience – Am I allowed to lead a mentally healthy and strong life?
  • Strengthening self-worth – Why do I need a strong sense of self-worth?
  • Leadership – Who am I, and what may or should I show?
  • Motivation research – What does it take to make the next move?
  • Performance – Meaningful action and an inspiring, intense life

I work with you as an executive or manager, with your company or your teams – through dialogue, one-to-one conversations, seminars, workshops or specialist lectures, in the way that seems right for you.
